Each piece of By Glorya jewellery is crafted by hand in Somerset. I only use recycled and reclaimed solid precious metals and gemstones, resulting in unique designs that reflect a deep connection to nature. I am also passionate about creating quality jewellery that lasts and can be recycled over and over again.

I have added my supplier list here as i believe its important to be transparent.

By Glorya has from the very beginning always been passionate about only  sourcing precious metals and gemstones from reputable companies in the UK that sell recycled, reclaimed and preloved products I can use.

I have also spent time sourcing sustainable and recycled packaging that is simple but most importantly has as little negative impact on our earth as possible.

Here is the  list of suppliers By Glorya uses

https://www.cooksongold.com/ for recycled gold and silver.

https://www.sallyspencer.co.uk/ for reclaimed gemstones.

https://gemmologyrocks.com/ for reclaimed gemstones.

By Glorya also buys some antique preloved gold and silver jewellery at various auctions through https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-gb where the gemstones are then removed and reused, the precious metals either remodelled or melted down to also use again. So nothing goes to waste.

By Glorya has spent a lot of time researching and sourcing packaging that is as ethical and sustainable as possible, all in the uk to cut down on air miles.

https://www.tinyboxcompany.co.uk/ is where i buy my gift boxes, i use the brown kraft range with recycled inserts all of which have the following badges

Biodegradable Recyclable Recycled Materials Sustainably Sourced

https://cottonbagco.co.uk/ is where i get my reusable organic cotton gift bags from they advertise having a GOTS certificate and say the following

We are incredibly proud to have earned our GOTS Certification, which aligns perfectly with our environmental and sustainability policies, ensuring that we consistently consider our impact on both people and the planet. By choosing organic products, you not only demonstrate your ethical commitment to your customers but also provide tangible proof that the products you offer have a sustainable and environmentally friendly origin.

https://getstamped.co.uk is where i had my logo stamp made and i buy my refill inks i use to brand my boxes and bags myself.

I very much like their sustainability ethos and feel their brand aligns with my own.

Each supplier i use has their own sustainability and ethical information on their websites, worth a read if you would like to know more about them.
If there is anything you think By Glorya can do better, please let me know, i would love to hear from you and will try my best to make improvements where I can.
